What it does

One tap, that's it

Ate a cookie? Tap the cookie. No calories, no grams, no barcode scanning — logging a treat takes about two seconds.

A cookie that keeps score

The Daily Cookie changes pose as the bites add up. It may be surprised, suspicious, or worried, but it never gives up on you.

Sugar Wrapped, weekly & monthly

The Weekly Regret and a monthly Sugar Wrapped recap: your totals, your worst day, your peak snacking hour — as a share card that's funny and slightly terrifying.

Your treat data stays on your phone

No account, no ads, no tracking. Apple and RevenueCat handle Plus purchases; your logs stay on your device unless you choose to export or share them.

The Cookie Jar

Check in after a no-sugary-treat day and collect a cookie for the jar. Miss a day and nothing breaks. It is a small reward for showing up and being honest.

sweetRegret Plus

Optional upgrade

More history.
More personality.

Keep tapping, counting, and seeing your current recaps for free. Plus unlocks the deeper evidence—and gives the cookie a few new ways to judge you.
